About me:
When I was a kid, my parents told me if I was going to run mouth to go get paid for it. So I did. I am the Morning Show Host at Newstalk 1430, WXNT in Indianapolis, IN. I'm also the political editor, which makes me responsible for the station's political coverage. I love politics like most people love sports. It's the ultimate bloodsport. In addition to hosting the radio show I'm an attorney, adjunct faculty teacher at Ivy Tech State College, a columnist for the Indianapolis Business Journal and an actor and comedian. I've been performing stand-up comedy for the last five years, primarily in the Midwest. In previous lives I've been an assistant to the Illinois Attorney General for media policy affairs, a television and radio reporter and a radio disc jockey. See, I like to talk. I am also working on a political novel that will hopefully come out later this year.

Who I'd like to meet:
My favorite people are the ones who can appreciate "The Daily Show" and "The Weekly Standard." They'll also have Comedy Central and CSPAN 3 programmed in their digital cable boxes. They have a sense of humor, take their purpose in life seriously, but not themsleves. They have strong principles, but aren't dogmatic. They also have the right mix of book smarts and common sense. The stupid need not apply.
