I did not see a message box, but I was wondering if I could ask for some advice: I am a nanny, and I have been asked to help a mother a few times a week, her little girl is about 11 months old. She is VERY clingy, won't go to dad if mom is in the room and will cry very easily, even if she is not hurting, what advice should I give this family??? I told them she is testing their limits, and usually they pick her up instantly if she is crying, they do not let her throw her fit... she is getting her way with them at 11 MONTHS!!! PLEASE HELP!!! Bed time is even worse... but one step at a time... --KEELIE
I want to thank you for coming into our homes through our television sets and driving home the idea that our children are tomorrow's adult population. Our parenting can directly impact our children's success later in life. I enjoy the show a lot, it is a Wednesday night staple for the adults in the house. I particularly found helpful the naughty step technique and the back to bed routine.
