The egg was first amassed in 2003. Sprung from a desire burning deep within to co-create with like-minds, our wishes were granted. We joined mystical forces and the rest has been entertaining to say the very least. Our two favorite mediums in which to create is long form improv and film improv.

This simple movement class combines Gabrielle Roth's "Sweat your Prayers", Qi Gong, guided meditation, and deep relaxation as a way back to your center; your moving center and the inspiration of the heart.
It is movement as medicine. Rooted in the innate wisdom of the body, natural flow of the breath, and pulsing rhythm inherent in all life.
It's an opportunity to let go of the mind and allow the body to be moved by rhythm, to disappear into the wave of sound, to offer your bones back to the dance, to offer your sweat as a prayer, and to gather in community to celebrate.
