About SUPERPOLITIK
Since his first release in Feb 2009, Superpolitik (AKA Nathan ‘napes’ Thomas) has quickly made his mark with trademark distorted, squelchy bass-lines, wild synth hooks, and melodic use of pop infused vocal.
His music has garnered support from the likes of James Zabiela, 601, General Midi, Nick Thayer, Richie Balboa, Arrow!!! and more. Additionally he has enjoyed radio play on Jay Cunning’s Show and recently an 8/10 review in iDJ for ‘Break It Down’.
With such a successful debut year, 2010 is looking very promising indeed…

Lock up your corpses and throw away the key, for
Trickery Collective's own
Superpolitik is back with
"Waking The Dead", an original that's quite literally set to shake you to your bones! Possibly the only breaks track of 2009 to fuse distortion, flanging, references to dead people and an f'ing organ, this is one not to be missed for breaks aficionados that like it against the grain.
On the flip is l'homme-du-tech-funk
Butter Party who twists + contorts
"Waking The Dead" into a DJ friendly electro-house thumper with glitched vocals and a plethora of squeaky bleeps, to be enjoyed in the club or just in the graveyard with fellow zombies.

"really feelin the original. will be playin this out for sure. funky and dirty!" -
The Wrongstars
"i really really like these" -
Richie Balboa
"Big tune alert! This one is going to be on heavy rotation with me, massive drums and a ripping main bassline lead this one before Super Politik bring in the excellent vocal. If this release is anything to go by then Super Politik are going to be worth watching very closely in the future. The Breakdown brings the vocal back into play and will have many a main room punching the air over the coming months before those beats and bass slam back in to send everyone crazy." -
Mobius (NSB Radio/Ape)
"Whipped Cream" - DJ Support
"I love the original and really like the Butter Party mix too. Good stuff!" -

"I really like Whipped Cream very original and innovative." George (601/Polar Red - NSB Forums)
