SuperROOT is an electronic hip-hop duo comprised of producer/multi-instrumentalist Rootbug and emcee/producer Promise Pseudo (aka Semantics the SuperEGO). Formed in 2006, SuperROOT has quickly built a buzz for themselves from playing live shows, house parties, and festivals around El Paso. SuperROOT's music is an amalgam of their influences including: drum and bass, jazz, hip-hop, metal, electronica, bossanova, crunk, breakbeats and IDM. SuperROOT is currently mastering their still-untitled, solo album.
