My husband!! Aaron is a true man, a real dad, and my best friend. Sorry to sound like a halmark card (barf) but it is the truth!
You know what they say, you can take the Marine out of the Corps, But you can never take the Corps out of the Marine. Once a Marine, Always a Marine. I have graciously accepted that, ohh rahhhh and Semper fi!

About me: Well, I'm doing the myspace things because all the kids are doing it these days. I thought I may have exceeded the age limit for myspace, but I am happy to see that all my "old" friends are doing it too. I am a So Cal girl who landed in the midwest. You can take the girl out of Cali, but you can't take the Cali out of the girl. I am married to a Marine (Ohh Rah!) who is now a youth minister (can I get an Amen?). Aaron and I have been together for over 10 years and he is man enough to take my crap, be my rock, and as cliche as it sounds, he is my best friend. He is the first guy I met who really wanted to make me happy in every way possible. He really changed me. Enough mush...
We have been blessed with four beings that we have the honor to raise. Jake "The Moose" is 9 and almost as big as me. He loves scouts and has been an ace at soccer. He says he is going to give Basketball a try this year, but hunting season may change his mind. Starting in three weeks he can be found in a tree stand with his dad. Madie "The Ethel to my Lucy" is (almost) 8, and she is a crazy blonde. She loves music and going to concerts with us. She is also in cheer this year, (so not my idea) and she is having a blast. Madie is my partner in crime and shopping. Noah "The Monkey" is 6, and he is our party guy and quite the ladies man. He was diagnosed this year with Asperger's Syndrome, which is an autism spectrum disorder. He is quirky but very popular with just about everyone. He keeps a very full schedule with play dates, and visits with his doctors and specialists. Girls flock to him and during soccer season he could be found with a girl on each arm both on and off the fiield. Annika "The Fidget" is about as two as two can get. She is the reason that Mr. Clean made the "magic eraser", and that crazy guy sells so much oxy clean. She is always on the go (hence "Fidget"), and she is absolutely Fidgalicious! Annika enjoys playing Wii (yelling "I own it!" to the TV), messing with my iPod, terrorizing our cats, and over feeding our dog.
Speaking of pets... there are three cats Poppy Cat, Wallace and Gromit. The dog is a 85 pound boxer/german shepherd mix names Sandee Cheeks.
With Aaron in Youth Ministry we have over 30 children who just happen to have parents other than us. They are fun, exhausting, crazy, amazing, and inspiring. I guess it helps keep us young, and we get to go to some really sweet concerts. I get to be the driver when we TP too! Sweet!
Me? Well I am currently a student at the University of Cincinnati in the Respiratory Therapy Program, I will graduate in the spring of 08 and I hope to continue my trend of a 3.89 GPA. While we were in Chicago I worked for a friends interior design buisness and really enjoyed it. But decided I needed to get a degree.
So, check out my "space", drop me a "hey", tell me something funny about the old days, yesterday, or today. If you're ever in Cincy stop by and have a pina colada with us! (Not you DIY guys...when your 21!)
Facebook? shoot I am barely getting the hang of this My Space thing. LOL. Thanks for the comment on Avery's pic. Dave and I usually go by base he likes the sweat suits they use for PT so we have to go replace his every couple of months, Avery was so excited. She doesn't really get the whole Marine Corps thing but she loves to go to the base. he he I hope all is well, I hadn't heard from you in forever. HOpe the family is doing good, We are going to TN in two weeks to see Dave's family so I am excited to visit a new state. Talk to you soon. Take Care. xoxoxo
