Supersounds is a soulful rock band, that swears in the name of real music! Vellu, Joonas and Mikko had been playing together for some time, but not until the early 2008, when the current line-up was established with Jussi joining the guys, did they fully commit to the band . Two demo recordings were quickly made in the same year, which gave Supersounds some promising feedback as well as plenty of great gigs; including the best music festival in Finland, Ilosaarirock, and even a gig in the fancy streets of Brick Lane in London, UK. "Pleased To Meet You"- EP, was released in November of 2009 through a Finnish indie label Pilfink Records. Again, the output gave Supersounds lots of great reviews and the few gigs they threw in the midst were a true celebration of energy and excitement! in 2011, after a small hiatus, Supersounds was back in the game feeling invigorated and ready start working on new material again. New single is gonna be coming out now on the summer of 2012, but in the meantime, Beware for some more of that sweet, yet so bold rock music, reminiscing those good old times, still sounding so fresh and new! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Supersounds on sielukas rokkibändi joka vannoo aidon musiikin nimeen. Yhtye alkoi tehdä musiikkia "tosissaan" jossain vuoden 2008 taitteessa, jolloin nykyinen kokoonpano vakiintui. Parin lupaavan demon ansiosta Supersounds on päässyt hiomaan keikkakuntoaan mm. Ilosaarirockia ja Lontoota myöten. "Pleased To Meet You" - EP julkaistiin marraskuussa 2009 Pilfink Recordsin kautta. Levy sai kasan lupaavia arvosteluja ja yhtye heitti muutaman unohtumattoman keikan levynjulkaisun yhteydessä. Bändin energinen livemeininki on vaan koettava! 2011, pienen hiljaiselon jälkeen Supersounds on aktivoitunut taas toden teolla, treenaten läpi talven uutta materiaalia ja heittämällä muutaman pistokeikan. Uutta materiaalia on luvassa hyvinkin pian, mutta ennen sitä yhtye haluaa hioa keikkakuntoaan niin paljon kuin mahdollista! ,joten luvassa on lisää sitä suloisen röyhkeää rock-musiikkia, joka tuo mieleen vanhat hyvät ajat kuulostaen kuitenkin niin tuoreelta!!
