Superstar Basketball League strives to maintain its stature as the premier basketball league in Southern California. We have revolutionized the landscape of basketball with innovative features such as: Sortable Statistics, Player of the Week accolades, Top 5 Games of the Week, a Championship/All-Star Weekend, and a yearly Awards Show to celebrate you. Our competitive, amateur basketball league utilizes the best indoor facilities regulated by an experienced officiating panel. As we strive to be cutting edge, our technology fares at equal pace. Communication is efficiently delivered through our website and web forum, which is updated on a daily basis covering news, statistics, and team standings. Whether you are a recreational player or an aspiring athlete to take your game to the next level, the resources are here. Basketball is no longer a game, it is a lifestyle.

12 to 26 teams

In 2 consecutive seasons, Superstar Basketball League has delivered on its promise in providing the casual basketball player a superior basketball experience. This year, we will do the inevitable and that is to expand and add more competitive teams. The League has doubled from 6 to 12 teams in 1 season and only time will tell how many more teams will experience the Superstar Basketball experience. Throughout our growth, we will not only meet expectations but we are optimistic that we will exceed expectations by adding more innovative features and providing new services.

The Beginning

Superstar Basketball League is the premier basketball league in Southern California. We strive to revolutionize the landscape of basketball with innovative features such as: Sortable Stats, a weekly newsletter called Lifestyle, Superstar Player of the Week, Game of the Week, and All-Star Game. We provide a competitive amateur basketball league utilizing the best indoor basketball courts available, and contracting knowledgeable and experienced referees. We use the latest technology in updating our websites and we maximize the power of the Internet by providing our players with up-to-date stats, standings, and news. We are the pioneer in providing the casual player the experience of not just playing the game of basketball, but living it as a lifestyle.

    whatsup with all the hate on game bang in the recaps?
    last time i checked gm aj francisco tried to get that diamond division player rule approved at the gm meeting and majority ruled against it. it was brought up because it made things unfair for ALOT of teams, but it wasnt approved by most gms. most people knew amos, bates and chris anderson were coming back. the addition of chris chi was added with help of kevin koda (wooball) and anthony santos has been with GB from the beginning and was asked to bring Darrin along for the long run. you can look at it as cheating or whatever but it looks like some good recruiting skills lol

    its funny how t-bone plays with underdawgs and happens to be a diamond allstar! thats what is seen as unfair because we all know what he was capable of and we all know he shouldnt be playing gold. hes a big reason underdawgs are ranked 1, why B.O.B. is eliminated (no offense anthony) and why hes the starting point for the diamond all stars...no hate to t-bone he did his thing this season (props) but it was an easy example to point out.

    another issue...its not our fault the scorekeepers didnt cross out darrins number when he was present and ready to go if needed yet didnt play, maybe yall need to work on that as a staff to get that straightened out?...if you crossed his number out he wouldve played 1 or no games and it would relfect on the stats and there would be nothing we could do about it, but that didnt happen. my question is if we didnt have darrin yet say anthony was in his position coming back from a broken leg would this even be a issue??

    rosters were finalized by game 3. everyone couldve seen our roster and know what to expect from us. we're strongly affliated with kuyahood, wooball, b.o.b., d-league and game bang dt....win or lose we should come in next season as TEAM HATE because it seems like an underdawg player (harry?) and cool guy player (walter?) want us to change our name....

    This D1 guy is way too into himself.

    Is it me or when Game Bang played against Premier, GB lost, and that was when only D1 was there.

    That means, D1 can't lead...
    so why does he think he's MVP?

    Not in Gold, maybe in LeBronze. Maybe next season, D-ONE. Game Bang sucks. Amos can't go right. Early exit, San Miguel Beermen, drink up to that.

    Mr. Bait once again ur thinking about urself...since u like stats and facts so much...u tell me when the NBA MVP has gone to a guy whos team is in 10th place...u were bragging to me about Rookie of the Season in Diamond and ur team went 0-8...ur all about urself thats why u never get picked up on quality Diamond teams cause of your selfishness...the only teams that pick u up in Diamond is the last place teams...cause they know they have no chance of winning so they pick u up 2 make the score look a lil closer... so stop begging for Gold MVP and win in Diamond
