Despite being a relatively new band The Superswamis have already attracted the attention of industry experts through the media and where predicted by the Independent newspaper as "one of the top 25 acts to look out for in 2008".
The Guardian newspaper described The Superswamis music as "unclassifiable, a sound which is …not constrained by the weight of what they hear around them."
And at the beginning of 2008 The Superswamis where selected as band of the month by the MCPS-PRS Alliance.
The Superswamis legendary show is going out live in 2008 and they are to debut on the BBC Introducing stage at Glastonbury 2008.
At present Superswamis are stirring up considerable interest in the Asian music scene. Championed by Huw Stephens, Colin Murray, Bobby Friction and Nihal on Radio1 and the BBC Asian network and Featured as Bobby Frictions “Future Friction” artist of the week during July2007. Indeed even before a recorded release Superswamis have already been bootlegged!
The Superswamis sound is a bold and eclectic east-west collision, a precocious sound with cinematic orchestral disco and dark prophetic dirges. Superswamis are a new statement in what is possible when Integrating Indian influences into a modern western style. Brandishing Asian and western classical like never before into an incredibly cohesive and listenable sound. Hailed as the Asian ‘Pink Floyd’, Superswamis music appears as if by magic out of the ether of our manic craftsmanship.
The SuperSwami Sound is influenced by the everyday mechanics if life. It is a sound that encompasses many genres of music with a deep setting in cinematic sound-scape, electronica and Bollywood b movies. It’s hardly surprising that The Superswamis are able to achieve this.
The development of their music has come along way since their meeting in 2006. The first studio sessions were about working through their collective influences, throwing them all at the mixing board and seeing how they fell, searching for that unique “sound.” which they have so diligently pursued and turned into a style like no other.
They wanted their music to be sample based, whilst maintaining an all important live, human element; "merging Indian and western classical inside a wide-screen sound” An incredible fusion of ingenious digital surgery and blinding live instrumentation creates the Superswami sound. They are both a studio band and a real live outfit.
"Valentine Curve” was first step in that amalgamation of sounds. They describe the track as a fusion of Asian cinema with electro disco! “A Story” followed similarly with a blend of Rajasthani folk music and blunted beats. Then came the Pink Floyd'esque epic "Blow." "Stupid Star" is a subversive jibe at the public obsession with celebrity and then the prodigious "John Brown track." And finally the soon to be released "Black Sheep"

Z innym portugalskim didżejem, Kliparem, stworzył niedawno technokudurowy projekt Zombies For Money, o którym w 2010 roku będzie bardzo głośno.
Manaię fascynują brzmienia z całego świata: baile funk i karioka z Rio de Janeiro, kuduro z Luandy i Lizbony, breakbeat i dubstep z Londynu, bmore club z USA, francuskie electro. Ślizga się po gatunkach muzycznych jak jesiotr, byle tylko doprowadzić parkiet do wrzenia. Zresztą, jako właściciel najmodniejszego lizbońskiego klubu Mercado, w którym występowały takie gwiazdy jak A-Trak, Bonde Do Role, Nicola Conte, Buraka Som Sistema, DJ Premier, Kid Loco itedeitepe, zna Wasze (klubowiczów) potrzeby od podszewki.

Już od czterech lat Hungry Hungry Models wypełniają klubowe parkiety euforią, epifanią i ekstazą. Nie ważne gatunki i podziały – ważne, by wywołać radość i szczęście. Od czterech lat im się to udaje. Histeria lubi się powtarzać.
Z tej okazji szykuje się noc, jakiej Warszawa dawno nie widziała i nie słyszała. W Klubie 55 zawitają szelmowsko przystojny nowojorczyk Drop The Lime, mistrz świata ciężkich basów i lider jednego z najważniejszych elektronicznych labeli XXI wieku – Trouble & Bass, oraz mroczne voodoo z Londynu - Drums Of Death, dobry znajomy Hot Chip (w wytwórni których nagrywa), Peaches (dla której napisał jeden z utworów z jej ostatniej płyty i z którą koncertuje po całym świecie) i Hungry Hungry Models – w lutym dał na ich imprezie show tak szokujące, że grzechem byłoby tego nie przypomnieć w urodzinową noc, a w przededniu wydania jego debiutanckiej płyty.
Obaj łączą didżejskie sety z elementami live actu, obaj w trakcie występów śpiewają – Drop The Lime jak wkur*****y Sinatra, Drums Of Death jak zły brat bliźniak Ozzy’ego.
„Jak Oni Śpiewają” jeszcze nigdy nie było tak ekscytujące.
Obok zagranicznych gości, z jubilatami zagrają przyjaciele z boiska – wrocławscy didżeje nomadyczni z duetu Slam Dunk oraz czarodziej gramofonów i muzycznej produkcji Spox.
