About me:
This is JackAss from elitefts.com aka Smelly aka Mark Bell.
I currently live in Woodland, CA with my wife Andee, my 3 year old son Jake and baby girl Quinn.
I own a gym in Sacrmento called Super Training.
1st and foremost Super Training is a powerlifting gym.
I also except clients for personal training.
Super Training utilizes group training to bring together an inexpensive and productive training session.
Let's face it, doing things on your own in this world is not an easy task. Get involved in a group/team and see how you can take your training to the next level.
Team Super Training is my group of powerlifters.
The team follows the methods that I learned from my mentor Louie Simmons. Louie is the founder of Westside Barbell and what is now known as the Westside Method.
As a powerlifter my lifts are 1003 squat 804 bench and a 716 deadlift. My best total in a meet is 2502 at 308.
We are forming a very solid group with many lifters that bench over 600 pounds. Two that bench over 700 pounds.
We have lifters of many different strength levels and knowledge. Being strong is not enough to get you in the group. You have to want to get better day in and day out.
As a Team we all push eachother to get stronger and stronger. We push eachother above and beyond what
could ever be achieved on our own.
In our world strength is everything. Forget about your grades in school, forget about how much money you make, what car you drive, or what you own, Get under the bar and lets see what your really made of.
Check out www.elitefts.com for more info on my training DVD SERIES NEVER ENOUGH. Also check out www.supertraininggym.com.
Super Training is now located inside of Midtown Strength and Conditioning. 2010 3rd Street down town Sacramento CA.

Hey man, you or any of your lifters gonna be at the APF Louisiana Meet in Baton Rouge? Garry Frank is putting it on. I will be, kinda nervous, but what the hell. lol Hopefully I'll hit some squats this time around legal depth. Haha, well just wondering if you would be there or at WPC in Florida. Later , Jordan Dunn
How are you doing? How is training going for you? I am trying to get my deadlift to start moving again...Fun stuff. Ha. Anyways, hope all is well where you are! Jordan Dunn
Where would I find a rubber onesy? BTW, as evidenced by the Super Training Team's performance, Coach Mark Bell is doing an awesome job. And back to the onesy, please take a picture of Camilo on Saturday.
Congratulations to Scott Cartwright for his 1,100 lb squat...and for the Super Training Team for helping to get him there. Mark Bell is the best coach.
