My name is Erin and I have 3 kids. My youngest daughter Olivia has a rare syndrome called Jacobsen's Syndrome.Its a deletion in her 11th chromosome. She is also a cardiac baby. She was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Aortic Arch, Mur Mur, Bicuspid Aortic Valve and Parachute Mitral Valve. She also has Von Willebrand Disease (bleeding disorder). I wanted to start this myspace page to help other moms and dads out there meet other parents with similar children and to raise awareness for CHD.Please join us and share your little ones with us.
