with so many people against prop 8, its kinda weird how they were able to win the vote.
Out here in Guam, they have a law on the books called the Santos Act. Basically, any registered voter who doesnt vote automatcially counts as a NO against any voter initative/proposition.
This way they (the proponents) have to prove that a majority is really what they have; not just a majority of the few that voted. interesting, huh?
