I'M INTO: workin with at-risk youth, introducin people to new ideas and avenues of learning, vegetarian food (i can cook!) - especially thai food, startin trends without tryin, meetin people who are bout somethin, the wilderness, reading, home renovation, graphic design, women who dont need makeup, conspiracy "theories", writing, hip-hop, travelin - especially to other countries, target practice, disenfranchised people (involuntary minorities in America, all people of color worldwide, even poor whites) and the color blue.
I'M NOT INTO: sports, reality TV, followin trends without tryin, meetin people who aint bout nothin, liars, cowards, republicans, Black republicans, democrats who really think their party represents a REAL alternative to white corruption, disenfranchised people who still somehow buy into the American Dream, and celery.
Music
It changes daily. I can't listen to soft "conscious" rap that I can't ride to...but I can't listen to rappers lie and act hard when they're anything but...
Killer Mike, Dead Prez, David Banner, Plies, Immortal Technique, Nas...those brothas are all right with me. Couple of others I can listen to...but where are the Tupacs?
Movies
The Matrix Trilogy, but really just the first one for the story and the others for the special effects...that movie is an intense analogy for the sleeping Black masses and the Black messiah that is each one of us (and a Black woman wrote it, which is why it makes sense)...The Lord of the Rings Trilogy is great for the same reason, as it tells the story of consolidation of all the white tribes in ancient Europe to repel and destroy the bordering peoples of color (and it was written by a racist professor of Old English). Other cool flicks include anything with a serious plot twist.
How the hell do people even watch Reality TV shows? Im convinced those shows lower your IQ the more you watch. Cmon people, theres enough reality in reality. I've got an idea for a reality TV show called "Poverty and Miseducation" based in any inner-city ghetto in America. Viewers can vote on who they think will die, go to jail, or OD next. The lucky winner who makes it will get a ticket out of the hood into any lily-white suburb they choose, where they and Flavor Flav can run around the town embarassing their whole race, in a spin-off show called "The Flavor of Love 2"
Oh but I do enjoy Law and Order...and the Chapelle Show when it came on. Other than that, I hardly watch tv.
Books
Books I've read and can recommend: Message to the Blackman, The Destruction of Black Civilization, The Isis Papers, A Right to Be Hostile: The Boondocks Treasury, The Iceman Inheritance, Savage Inequalities, Negroes with Guns, Anacalypsis Vol. 1 and 2, African Presence in Early Asia, African Presence in Early Europe, They Came Before Columbus, To Be A Slave, The Red Book, Making of the Whiteman, Breaking the Chains of Psychological Slavery, The Kybalion, The Condemnation of Little B...
Books I haven't read or finished yet and would like to read:
The Old Testament, The Qur'an, The Upanishads (not all 118 though)...

Im an educator. Not solely in the sense that I am a classroom teacher, which I am, but in the sense that those of us who speak to be heard are all, in essence, educators. We impact the lives of others because the weak will always follow, emulate, or rebel against, the strong. I've always felt strongly about the mission of changing the world beginning with yourself. I'm determined to affect SOMETHING on this planet. I'm NOT happy with the status quo, I'm NOT trying to keep up with the Joneses, and I'm NOT into what most of us are into. I'm not against my people, but I'm not for the BS the oppressors have gotten my people believing they are into. I've dedicated my life to others, and along the way, I've given too much at times. Lately, I'm learning to smell the roses as well. I'm not really looking for anything here, because whatever comes will come anyway.
And Im a hell of a hustler. Ive sold everything from...well everything.
Well!!!!! They Don't Call You Supreme Understanding For Nothing!!!!
I had to pass through your page and show some love! I'm currently reading Hustle and Win Part One (well written)..maybe its weird cause I might not be the usual audience that you are really targeting to read your work and cause I'm also just a 24 year old shy white girl that grew up in the city of T.O (Toronto) ... but I can not put it down!!..I read it at home at work and even when I'm just chilling. Got others buying it too! A lot of what you wrote makes sense. I love how you are up front, wise, knowledgeable and give a little history lessons while you are at it too. Especially how you show us that certain rappers and entertainers are not what it always seems or what the media makes it out to be. Do to the fact that many (not all) especially younger generation look up and wants to be "ballers" like them. Its all about common sense and you are sending a very good and positive message. Just want to let you know you are a huge inspiration, I can't wait to read the next one and keep up the great work my friend! Much Respect, stay blessed and wish you all the best in all your future projects :)
Man I love the books man I got all of them and you are definitely talented. I am about to send a few copies to my cuz on lock-down Peace and keep doing ya thang
I just want to keep you posted on what's going on this way.
