About me: The River Surfing Lessons are on hold for a couple years - I'm serving a 2 year mission for my church: the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I will be living in the Barcelona Spain area until March 2010. Watch for my dad on the river. He'll be tearing up wave 3, 4 or 7 depending on the flow, but I'm in Spain.
Hey everyone my name is Logan Gogarty and I will be teaching River Surfing/Body boarding Lessons at the Pueblo Kayak course this spring. Yes you can be a surfer and live in Colorado. We are not as land locked as you think. The pueblo kayak course that was recently built has many different still wave features. With the right instruction and equipment you can surf these still waves for minutes at a time. If you would like to set up lesson dates or have any questions leave a comment or send a message.

I went down to the river today from around 10:45 to 2:00. It was really low, but I was pretty excited just to go anyways. Me and my sister Tina were body boarding, but you could hardly stay in long enough to even get on your knees. Either way I enjoyed myself :P As soon as Aaron gets back we should all go for real!
