SURF NITE! is ... not just about surf-rock ... it's about "surfin'" the genres of music ... with a focus on surf, garage, rockabilly, psychobilly, indie rock, reggae, etc. ... there will nites when there is not a surf-rock band on the bill ... and there will be nites when surf takes a back seat to garage, rockabilly, psychobilly, indie pop ... etc. ... but the concept of having a good time remains ... so, if you come out to Surf Nite! expecting to hear just surf-rock check out the bands u may like what you hear ... 'cos Bobby D presents Surf Nite! will continue to bring surf bands to you ... just not all the time.
