About Surf Riders

The Surf Riders is a Bloomington (IL) band that plays instrumental-retro surf. They pay homage to the vintage sounds of those like the Ventures, the Shadows and Dick Dale, as well as introduce their audiences to the new and exciting music of contemporary bands like the Straitjackets or Reverend Horton Heat. Tongue-in-cheek and enamoured of the 50's aesthetic, they offer a fresh musical option for bars, parties or any other celebration. Ride the wave!
