About Surfs Up (UK)Beach Boys/Brian Wilson tribute
The band is made up of musicians who met each other at BB/BW conventions over a number of years. They cover everything from the early surfing numbers to the more complex harmonies of the petsounds/smile era. Their aim is to get their live sound as close to the original recordings as is possible, whilst adding to that some interesting arrangements, all of which is more than a moderate challenge! but well worth the effort!
