Surgery is a post-industrial musical project reaching the expressive level of the avant-garde theatre. Since 2000, the band is coming along with its special show mixing techno-metal music, live performances, provocative violent staging. Concert after concert, the band gains increasing attention by the public, and after seven years of proud self-production it finally releases the album “L’Altra Educazione”, published by AltipianiRock/Edel. The album can boast the collaboration of Donatella Rettore and it’s largely appreciated by public and critics.
Overwhelming visual and sound impact, fusing rock/metal and techno, together with non-conventional, highly critical, destabilizing urgent lirics in Italian. In February 2008 the band presents its first video “L’Erba Cattiva”, in April 2009 a second one “Stupida Estate”, both shot by Solobuio Visual Factory.
In October 2009, Surgery release the new album "Non un passo indietro" with Altipiani/Audioglobe. The album can boast the precious collaboration with Combichrist and includes the third Surgery video clip "Morituri te Salutant"
