About me:
NOTE: If we've never spoken before, then please send me a message before trying to add me; if I don't know you then I'll just reject you. If you think I seem cool and do actually want to be friends, then send me a message. ^_^ I always like meeting cool new people.
The first thing to know about me is that I am a creature of passion, with a mind dominated by thoughts of rage and romance. I adore art, and write dark fantasy. I want humanity to have an era that emphasizes compassion and eccentricity, with everyone accepting their own and each others' quirks. I am a proud cynic who expects the worst to happen so that I can be pleasantly surprised if it doesn't.
I'm full of paradoxes. A lot of my writing is full of disturbing violence but I dislike blood and gore. I consider myself feminine, but I'm hopelessly straight. I make many jokes and often try to make my friends laugh at any opportunity, yet I consider myself a serious person. I'll probably change this in like 4 hours because I'll think people will think I'm sounding phony or would get the wrong impression about me, even though I claim not to care what most people think about me.
I’m picky about EVERYTHING. I don’t want to be, I just can't help it. You name it, I’m picky about it: food, friends, famous poets. Don't be offended if I won't eat what you cook, gentle reader--there is little I do eat with any enjoyment.
Dislikes:
Lies, mosquito bites, the stench of beans, heights, roller coasters, injustice, war, cruelty, torture, people who put words in other peoples' mouths, hypocrites, fascism, corruption in the press, many styles of music, intolerance, woofers, greed, bright sunny weather, people who try to seem hip by acting like morons, people who completely conform to degrading stereotypes (yes, that does include a few completely stereotypical goths), my acne, those times when people are purposefully confusing, the pretentious short stories that you read in creative writing classes, drugs, coffee, smokers, crowds, big parties, perfume, people with bad BO, people who pretend to be your friend when you're around but never keep their promises about simple things like hanging out or calling you, and those times when people say "I like all kinds of music" but have no idea what you're talking about and give you this strange expression when you mention genres that aren't rock or rap/hip-hop, girls who use their boyfriends as trophies to brag about on their Myspace profiles, profiles with layouts that make the text impossible to read, spam bots, crappy sci-fi channel miniseries, ugg boots, and much much more.

Who I'd like to meet:
People who actually read my dang profile before clicking "add." Most don't, so most get rejected 'cus they miss the notice at the top of the friggin' page.
The love of my life. Or someone who could make me love life.
Compassionate, artistically talented individuals with a reasonable degree of intelligence. Being gothic helps too.
Characters. I'm talking about the sorts of people you remember for their beautiful individuality. Memorable Odds.
Random, quirky as shit people who can make me laugh. The more eccentric, the better.
