Thanks for checking this out and hope you like the songs from my album. I recorded most of the instruments myself so the whole process took bloody ages! I have a great bunch of musicians for the live gigs though who can more than replicate the album. Check out my web site if you want more info.
The inspiration behind my album title "Surrender to Happiness" comes from Somerset Maughns book Of Human Bondage. We spend so much of our lives searching after crap which is mainly unattainable and leaves us empty. Of course you only can come to this conclusion once you have found your soul mate or soul mates and realize love and friendship are what it is all about. Everything else is just the filler in between.
Ok, enough of this verbal masturbation.
Check out Elliot Cowan's lovely animated film "Boxhead & Roundhead - The Power of Flight". I wrote and recorded the music for it. The film is entered into a bunch of film festivals around the world.
Also a live version of Little Man.....

Hey! Hope you are doing good. I wanted to let you know about a show i'm doing in London on Sunday, June 1st.
I'm touring with Tommy Allsup. He played guitar with Buddy Holly, and is the guy playing on songs like "Heartbeat", "It's So Easy", etc, etc.....he is 76 and still going strong.
He is a character.
Anyway, i would love to see you at the show. I think as a fellow musician that you will really appreciate seeing Tommy play, and listening to his stories! He is THE guy that flipped the coin with Ritchie Valens.
If you want to see Tommy in action....check out my blog. There is a video from last week in Nashville from the studio.
Take care, the music is sounding great, and i hope to see you soon!
Sincerely,
Kevin Montgomery

Hi darling, I've just found out that I've made it into a wee online showcase (out of 600 songwriters 12 of us have been voted in), which puts me in the running to win £15,000 to go towards making an album. But the tedious part, is now I need to infringe on your precious time, and ask if you could spare a mo to sign in and shoot a vote my way??!! I super appreciate your support and I absolutely promise promise promise that this is not a nasty hoax message. Love loads, Miranda x
