Some one just said: "smoother than a velvet baby on opium!

Here you are two tracks of my new E.P to come. Stay tuned for more updates.
Bit about me? I'm from Spain, Canary Islands and based in London for couple of years. Yes I'm Spanish even though my surname is Lang-Lenton... is a small world.
I recorded my first album in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, which was released in stores in Canary Islands and some Internet sites in June.
Since I moved in London I've been playing in places such as Jazz Cafe in Camden, Ronnie Scott's bar, Carling Academy bar (now known as the O2 Islington), Notting Hill Arts Club, Cobden Club, Westbourne Studios, Edinburg Festival, 93 Feet East, The Regal Rooms (Hammersmith), Jrink, The Halo,...etc. Any kind of format is enjoyable:solo, trio, quartet, full band.I also play gigs outside U.K mostly in Spain and honored of having shared stage with Living Colour, Raimundo Amador, Fito y Fitipaldis, James Taylor Quartet etc..
Don't hesitate in contacting I'll be glad to get some feedback from you.
Almost forgot! I'm lucky to host a wonderful evening featuring some the best of musicians and dancers in town at Ronnie Scott's bar called "España on Fire!" I hope to see you there every first Sunday of the month. I guarantee loads of fun.
You read everything already, good on you!you must like me...:)
SUSANA LANG - LENTON - 'Give It A Try' (album review)
Stressed? Long day at the office? Then sit back and relax to the multi-flavoured tones of Susana Lang – Lenton. Guitar playing, jazz singing, native of the Canary Islands, now making an impact on London stages.
‘Give It A Try’ is a groove soaked album, full of style, sophistication and as smooth as a Milk Tray advert. Produced to a glistening finish, her individual vocal talent backed by a band tighter than Johnny Borrel’s jeans, to witch she adds her guitar playing at various points (to the band, not the jeans!) to give the overall sound warmth and depth. Collectively they move seamlessly through Latin, soul, funk and lounge vibes like a knife through butter.
With hints of Skye Edwards (ex-Morcheeba) and Madeleine Peyroux, balanced with that slight Spanish inflection, Susana’s voice is an interesting twist on your average female jazz vocalist. It has charisma and soul, character and confidence in abundance, a real focal point for the songs, not just part of the canvas.
Lyrically her songs are light-hearted and uplifting mantras to melt away your troubles and enjoy life’s pleasures as you dance the night away. Then walks you home to ambient-lit moods and musings of romance.
‘Give It A Try’ will take you from the doldrums to the dance floor, to a romantic candlelight dinner without stopping to take a breath. My advice? Give it a try; I think you just might like it!

Michael Jackson - Remember The Time (Allure Remix)
Je précise que ce remix a été terminé quelque jour avant sa mort, et que le clin d'oeil s'est transformé malgrès moi en hommage... J'en ai été très affecté.
Vous trouverez une photo "hommage" par Gauthier Amano dans mon album photo.
Please listen to my tribute remix of Michael Jackson. I have completed it a few days before his death... MJ will stay in my heart and my music forverer.
A tribute photo by Gauthier Amano is online too in my photo album. Hope you enjoy it.
You have surely heard about the tragic death of a brave young woman who was murdered in Iran just for peacefully protesting with her father on the streets of Teheran.
