Willkommen auf meiner MySpace-Site. Mein Name ist Susan Albers, ich bin 26 Jahre und komme aus Rhede in Nordrhein-Westfalen - dem Lächeln im Münsterland!! Mit 6 Jahren stand ich zum ersten Mal auf der Bühne und mit 8 habe ich mit dem Klavierspiel angefangen. Dabei habe ich schon früh meine Liebe zum Gesang entdeckt. Ein einjähriger Aufenthalt in London hat mich auch musikalisch geprägt. Zusammen mit dem Londoner Songwriter Geoff Holliss, der schon mit Whitney Houstons Hitproduzent Michael Narada Walden arbeitete, enstand dann auch meine Debütsingle „Big Shot“. Im Halderner Tonstudio von Klaus-Dieter Keusgen habe ich in den letzten Monaten mit meiner Band die Songs für mein erstes Album, welches neben einer überarbeiteten Version der Single „Big Shot“ zwölf weitere Songs enthält, eingespielt. Die musikalische Stilrichtung ist Pop, mit einem guten Schuss R’n’B und einem Hauch Rock. Die Veröffentlichung des Albums ist für 2010 geplant.

My name is Susan Albers and I am 26 years old. I am from a small town called Rhede, Germany - The smile of the minsterland! Since the age of 6, I have been active as a musician on stage and thereby discovered my passion for music! When 8 years old I started piano lessons and covering English songs accompanying myself on the piano. With my band Fortune or as a solo artist, I was gigging regularly, playing various venues and functions in Rhede and neighbouring towns. After an exciting year in London working and recording with various songwriters and producers, I returned to Rhede, starting out with a new band, which added a new sound to my music and it was decided to go back to the studio to record all tracks for my debut album with the band. The album is finished and we are now working on the release for this year.
