Who I'd like to meet: Shirley MacLaine I have always loved Shirley MacLaine, since 1963, when I saw her movie Irma la Douce. I sensed immediately that there was a whole lot more to her than her ability to mesmerize and entertain us so completely.
Shirley was the FIRST notable to share her very personal spiritual growth experiences with the public in her book; "Out On A Limb".
