Multi-faceted Susie Love is posessed of an accentric playful energy that writers would typically attribute to a woodland creature.
Originally a talented singer/songwriter/painter, Susie is now a fixture in the local fashion and arts community. Her passion for exploring new uses for both found and new materials can easily be seen in her chic and funky non-minimalist collections.
Susie began her foray into fashion by remaking vintage jewelry and clothing. Scouring rummage sales, thrift stores and antique fairs, she would find discarded jewelry parts and "junk", transmorming them into beautiful, wearable art. Eventually Susie began to incorporate new materials as well, and is now most well known for her work with acrylic. Her main attraction to this material is the ability to make wearable sculptures.
In her few or one of a kind pieces, Susie is constantly experimenting, paint, paper, leather, wood, fossilized dinosaur dung, meteorite rock, well, basically anything she can get her hands on .
Susie loves to challenge the borders between art and jewelry and encourages people to have fun and enjoy their own individual sense of fashion!

War Child helps these children that have been affected by war. Check out the new blog – the whole story is up there. Love to have you be a part of it.
