Movies
Watch 'em, don't make 'em.
Sappy movies that make me cry uncontrollably: The Notebook, The Upside of Anger, Notting Hill, Jerry Maguire, What Dreams May Come, An Affair to Remember. Jackass 2 would've made my nuts hurt if I had any. Oh wait, I have Ben's.
Television
Past and present shows that have hypnotized me: Alias, Brothers & Sisters, Buffy & Angel, Californication, The Closer, Conan, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Extras, CSI: anything, Criminal Minds, Dexter, Dr. Who(newer stuff), Graham Norton Show, Grey's Anatomy, Heroes, LA Ink, Law and Order, Lost, MI-5, The Office, Oprah, Primeval, Secret Diary of a Call Girl, Sex & the City, Skins, Torchwood, True Blood and anything repetitively played on MTV and Vh-1 (The Hills, Mission: Man Band, Scott Baio). Lifetime - Weepy Television for Women. Inspired to almost do something when watching lots of HGTV and TLC.
Books
Music magazines are educational too.
Heroes
No such person or persona exists. Get your head out of the clouds Superman.
Not so much my heroes, but at my lowest, these two save me...
Maki Booty Lou stalking koi
Tekka Booty Lou on a skylight
About me: My name. It's Sus, pronounced like Suz. You can ask me as many times as you want, but NO, I'm not Filipino!!!
Make whatever assumptions you want about me if you think I sound boring or look normal. I tell the truth and I trust to a fault. And I love with my whole heart until it breaks.
I deleted a bunch of my profile pics, then added them back. I don't make things up about my life. Photos and texts and emails don't lie. Barrie Allyn Evans hid "us". Scene. Scene over Seen. 47 yrs old and 'Scary' is the biggest coward I know. He has to live with himself with what he has and has not done when it comes to us. How he is trying to make amends is...baffling. What we will ever be to each other is undetermined. Don't judge damnit. If you do, you judge my heart. "sold a little piece of his soul it seems." ~ wise words by Colin N.
Not a makeup gal. Love travel. And naps. Earth tones. I've bum knees. Am I human or am I dancer? I dance on the inside. I can...sway. Preferably to a band. I'm hoping for an operation of bionic sorts.
I like to organize, make lists, highlight and clip. I put things in folders and add post-its. Travel directions & maps, birthday lists, To-do's. Fantastic. And yet, I am guaranteed to still get lost.
I don't sleep much and when I do, I, um, snore. As I've pointedly been told by Barrie, Ben, Jay and Gaz. Cause I've slept w/them all. Well not how you think. Well one Yes, the others No. Some in the same bed. Not all together. Oh my. Well regardless, to REALLY love me is to put up w/my snoring. And wear earplugs.
Two Sus/Smiths-centric tattoos that you'll only see "live" if you're, well, gettin' lucky. My eyebrows have been tattooed on 3x! Ouch. Piercings...do you count them in pairs or as singles? 10 singles.
My future/maybe/someday puppy's name is Mozzer Murphy. Last name to be hyphenated.
Something I'd like to lick. Oh minds out of the gutter! The gelato! I want the gelato!
I believe Gretsch has an extra 's' in it.
I believe cats sweat through their paws.
I believe ice cream should always have a cone.
I believe if you drag me to a bar, it should have fresh-squeezed lemonade on tap.
I believe hate, fate and envy are four-letter words. As is love.
I believe laughter can drown out tears.
I believe music jumpstarts my heart.
I believe the opposite of love is indifference.
Who I'd like to meet: 1) People who don't judge.
2) Do you have a pompadour, a wallet chain, wear Converse, LOVE music...oh wait...that wish didn't turn out so well last time.
THE RETURN OF THE BAT
Specimen will bring their special brand of glam mayhem, The Batcave to London again.

The 2009 Batcave will feature installations from exciting new artists of the ‘Dark London Underground’ and visuals from the upcoming ‘Welcome To The Batcave’ book, along with this year’s bitcrushed message from the creature in t
