Suspicious Clowns, formed in 2001, is a sketch comedy group based in Chicago. The group has produced ten original productions to date, with numerous appearances at Second City, Sketchfest, Lincoln Lodge, Frankie J’s (RIP), Gallery Cabaret and Lakeshore Theater, among others. The Chicago Reader has called the group "sketch comedy at its best", while Chicago Magazine has twice dubbed the group "Prime Time Pick." The group has also earned recommendations and praise from Metromix, Gapers Block, Chicago Arts and Entertainment and various Pioneer Press newspapers.
