Sassy is sending you big kisses!  And to tyson too.  I checked with a lot of people in the Setter community before I tried it on sassy, I was skeptical, but, it really did help.  They have actually been using it on horses here in this country for a long time.  I tried a few times to get Sassy's vet to give me the treatment too, but, well, laws rules etc:)
Hope your back gets to feeling better.  make sure you get plenty of time on your tummy, my pt lady turned me on to that, and believe it or not, it does help, naturally gets things back where they belong:)

It'll take Tyson a bit to settle down, but , he will!  Mattress huh?  That is one thing Sass never chewed:)  She is still hanging in there.  she is on antibiotics again, and pred.  Bumps on her side she wont' leave alone, if they don't clear up, may have to biopsy them.
it takes about two weeks worth of acupuncture before you will really see the full effects of it.  Least that is what they do with Sassy.  After that, you do it on a maintenance basis.  It did save Sassy's life , literally.  She was in so much pain, nothing woudl touch it, but that did.
Hopefully you will be feeling better in time for the barn fest.  Gotta run!

Can't remember if i answered this or not.  Sassy is twelve now.  I am so sorry about your hugo, that must have really been hard...
How are things going with the new one?  He does look like a real love.
Sass has a bunch of tests scheduled for monday, so hopefully after that, we will know more...

Oh he sounds like such a love!  Hmm. Sassy.  She is being treated for a UTI, ear infection too.  But, the vet thinks this is all part of her aging.  It just seems like things are changing so quickly with her.  I just keep reminding myself that every day with her is a gift, and I will apreciate each day we have.

any jealousy going on with Ty being in the house?  he looks like a real sweetie!  So, are you going to take any more classes after this one is done?
Sassy sends kisses to you and your crew:)

New midication.  Lots of doggie diapers, and lots of laundry.  But, all in all , OK.  How goes things with you?
  • Jul 17 2009 5:08 PM

She takes zantac twice a day now for her tummy.  Was on sucralfate for a bit to coat her stomack, may have to go back on that.  The peeing in the house thing is very new.  She does look pretty silly in a diaper, very dejected.
sounds like you are going to have to sign up for another photo class, since you really seem to be enjoying it! But then anything Munson Williams does is usually pretty great!

She still isn't doing really well.  Very sore, I restarted her on the tramadol, and am hoping that that will help.  Like when she was a pup, I am back to taking her out every couple of hours.  I dont' mind it at all tho.  Tomorrow morning is her vet appt up in Sturgis, so we are praying for good news.  I am hoping it is just an infection, since there is yucky stuff in her ears.
How are you doing?  Have you started the photography class yet?  And what are you working on?  Have a great day!

She's been having it rough lately. Finally figured out why she wasnt' eating, a bleeding stomach ulcer. now she is on bland food, and no pain meds. But, I have got to get her on somthing soon, she is really hurting. Breaks my heart to see her like this.....

Wow, you really are busy.  Going out to Saratoga will be sad, but good at the same time.  What about taking her pics at the Fort?  That would be cool.  Or the State Park on Hinckley Lake, lots of beautiful scenery there.  I would reccommend going out to Letchworth, but, that is a long drive.  But you would get some gorgeous shots.  gotta run, Jon might be getting home soon, or at least I hope so.  I can't get Sassy to go out, she is in too much pain.  She might go for him. And i have to start her meds in a bit, that'll take an hour.  My poor little girl...
    Hugs to you all.

I just got this comment.  I love the Munson!  Used to go there all the time!  It would be awesome if you can take the senior pics, that would make them mean so much more.  I do hope that they are doing OK, and you too.  Losing someone is so hard....

thanks Maary.  Yes, that afghan was complicated and a big pain, but it won first place and best of show in the county fair!  so I guess it was worth it

take the class!  I wanted to take photography when i was in college, but, the class was full.  Jon's little brother took it, and loved it!  It is amazing how he can so easily take amazing photos now.  If you have the camera, you might as well be able to use it to its full capacity:)
Have a great night, gotta go finish up supper and spend some time with Jon.  he's been pulling really long hours lately, poor guy...

Holy cow are you busy!  I vote you ditch the diaper cover, and just give her some onesies.  Seems like they use those a lot more:)  Everyone around us was busy having kids too, luckily, it seems to have slowed down some:)  Sewing lessons huh?  I hate sewing, I only do buttons, and that is under extreme duress:)
