    Švablast have begun to play together somewhere in 2003. They rose from the big bands like Testimony, Clandestine and Canis lupus. Testimony was one from the best metal/hard core bands in central Europe with whole bunch of European tour. Hulo ( guitar ) and Cibi ( drums ) came from this band and it was their idea to start to do something like Svablast. Second guitar player Kaktus was from the band Clandestine ( technical death metal ) and singer Vlcak came from the Canis lupus ( hard core ). The start was very hectic with lot of new songs mostly from Hulo’s production. The creation was full of melody but full of strong, fast and brutal parts either. The music was kind of mince core with sound of all brutal underground styles. After a few months Svablast began to play many show through the Czech and Slovak republic. People knew the Testimony that’s why the clubs were completely full even though Svablast was a new band. After a couple months came Svablast’s bass guitar player Walter from the band Bad taste. After one year Svablast decided to record their first demo CD with 4 songs on it. It was promo CD for promoters in case somebody would like to issue their first full length CD or make the concerts. In 2004 Vlcak left the band for one year because he went to the USA. When he came back everything was like before he left and the band continued with begun work. The biggest success was opening the second biggest summer fest in Slovakia Hodokvas where Svablast played on main stage for more than 5 000 people. The things were starting to move after this festival. Unfortunately the worst things happened after this great opportunity to make something great. First was exit of their guitar player Hulo who was very busy and decided to leave because of not having enough time to play. He plays also in Davova psychoza ( the biggest Slovak punk band ), Plus minus or very famous Czech band Lvmen. The next guitar player Kaktus left after him. Svablast didn’t have any guitar just for one week when they reborn. Peter started to be a new guitar player and he came from the bands Besnota and Fever ( heavy metal ). The world is very small because he is also Hulo’s cousin. The next guitar player come short time after him from Canis lupus and his name is Martin. Svablast started to do new songs with new approach. They recorded their first full length album in Shaark recording studio in Czech republic. They did it DIY with their own money without issuer. The flood of this CD was in the end of January in Bratislava’s club Randal. Martin left after some misunderstanding of his mind and minds of the others. Svablast is playing in four today. Svablast is playing lot of shows with their very close band Dogma inc. from Slovakia in this time. They went together on their first big tour to the Bulgaria and Rumania.
