SVARICA started as a croatian small project founded by Knez Perunov and Jaroslav, mostly influenced by traditional Slavic and other European pagan and folkmusic.

The project started the work at the last days in 2008. Unfortunetly, only one homemade-demo is recorded.

Two years later, in 2010, Svarica "grows up" from a project to a band with four new members, one permanent member Zorana and three Session and Live members Filip, Hrvoje and Sandi, still inspired by nature and its endless power, mitology and ancient forgotten traditions.

Three years after the first demo Svarica recorded an Album named "U Ime Sunca" which includes 11 self-written songs, released on the 5. September 2011

The band is preparing now the new album "U krilu Moraninom" out in summer 2012!!
