Thanks for visiting my profile here on MySpace!
So
let me tell you some facts about this 20 year old profile owner!
I'm a
musician living in the south-west of Germany, in Ludwigshafen/Mannheim, and with
describing my own style I guess the best is to say "Pop Ballads", but indeed
with some other influences, from time to time - from song to song.
I
began singing at the age of two or three, then when my mother was singing a
bedtime-song: So the first "professional steps" I did three years ago.
But
my family was paving the way for my musicial life. At the age of six I started
playing the piano, and today I'm trying to get some guitar skills...let's wait
and see! :-)
Since
April 2007 I'm also a performer in the virtual world! Known as "Hugh Dench" you
can listen to my songs live via Second Life...and you can see a little Sven made
of pixels there! And Second Life is a really great platform for live-music.
Because of live-streaming you can listen to hundreds of musicians - and indeed
you'll find me as well! More information on hughdench.com, the site of my
virtual being!
Making music is a vital topic in my life. My own first song I've written in 2001
called....oh I can't remember, but I wrote this song for a friend. He asked me
if I could write him a song for his girlfriend....Alice?! He was falling in love
with her, but I don't know how she was feeling?!?! And the song wasn't recorded,
because she still had a boyfriend. And so my "first official song" is called
"World of Mine".
