After spinning my mix of alternative and beats for skins style house parties in, Bristol, Cheltenham, Cardiff and London I was offered a residency with Indie and Alt club night Propaganda in 2007 (Gatecrasher, KOKO, Blush, Envy, Syndicate, Moho).
From there I moved onto to become Ramshackle Birmingham’s resident DJ at the 02 Academy.
This opened doors for me to be offered slots doing Carling EP after shows at the Academy. And Djing the after party for the NME Tour Birmingham and getting the Cribs to bop around to a Kate Nash & TC mash up Foundations of War Head.
Headline at University of Gloucestershire Valentines Ball in 2007 and 2008, 2000 tickets sold out each time.
Gigging hard around the midlands and southwest I built up my rep as a great DJ, pushing and breaking through new artists and bands as I played. One of my highlights of 2008 was Djing with We Are Scientists after their sold out gig at Birmingham Academy. We played to a sold out venue of almost 4000 people.
I have been lucky to DJ with some the most established and some of the more rising stars of Indie & Alternative scene.
Now based in Cardiff I am working the circuit here. Playing my blend of Alternative, Mash Ups and Beats to happy clubbers across several venues.
No matter the venue and no matter the crowd I seem to have the knack of getting people moving and the party jumping just that little bit higher.
Nye's at Buffalo is a fine example of this. Warming up for We Trash Parties and had the crowd at boiling point, spilling over from the club room into the garden.
If you come to a night where I am playing you will here music ranging from NWA to Daft Punk and Remixes from guys like KGB and Filthy Dukes.
