The Swagger Kingz originated with a group of INDIVIDUALS who had great taste in clothes,cars,food, money,people, and business. Basically is goes like this people who have this Swagger shit, never fell victim to society and marketers. We look past that TRL- BET -MTV stereotypical cool and just be ourselves we don’t need anybody telling us how to dress, who we should like, we already know who WE are!!!See a lot these goofballs try to be something they’re not! Folks with who truly understand what swagger kingz is knows being yourself truly is the only empowerment you need! For example if I was rocking gold teeth in 95 I'm rocking that shyt in 05 if that's me, not jumping down when another person who has been doing it for a min does it. In summer of 2006 Johnny Bravado bka Guard decided that too many lames where hating on some shyt, they cant even do! So he reached out to fellow Swagger alumni to put together a mixtape series that would highlight ,showcase and launch new artist without the politics and the bullshyt of fame, ego, bad business ethics. THIS NOT JUST A MIXTAPE SERIES!!!! WE TRULY BELIEVE IN REDEFINING THE QUAILTY OF MUSIC BY BEING CREATIVE AND UNDERSTANDING WHAT IT IS TO HAVE ETHICS IN BUSINESS. Changing the way peoples view mixtapes making it sound like an album not regurgitating the same bull thats out there no tape should ever sound the same.
