Michael, your an awesome drummer! When can you take a break from producing other projects and do your own with you playing drums (with reckless abandon)? I'm ready and would love to play on it!

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting Hi Michael - Great to hear that you are continuing to develop your own musical projects.I have just read John French's statement regarding the Magic Band over on the Beefheart website. If as it seems, there are to be no forseeable Magic Band tours then I must simply thank your good self,Mark Boston,Denny Walley, the mighty Drumbo...and all others concerned with bringing about the recent European tours.
I was lucky enough to catch you guys live in concert twice...firstly at the Glastonbury 2004 show (absolute Magic!!),and secondly last year at the Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms gig(also an absolutely stonkin' gig!).
I have been a Beefheart/Magic Band fan since first seeing the good Cap'n & Co in 1972,so the recent tours were like manna from heaven to me(and to many other long-time devotees).
Here's a pic that I took of Drumbo summoning up some of that Magic Band Mambo in the blazing sun at Glastonbury.A great memento of a great day.......Cheers!
