A new play by the ever-popular Ray Williams, a writer who can find hilarious comedy where other writers find tragedy. Full of great gags - visual and verbal, this is another great treat for his growing army of fans.

LOSING IT by Derek Webb
Saturday 31st OCTOBER
A sparkling new comedy from Derek Webb (Man..s View, CCTV) about Jack, an actor on the point of losing everything. His leading lady, his lines and even worse.

SURREALIST SWANSEA by Glynis Judge.
Saturday 28th NOVEMBER
A hilarious comedy from new writer Glynis Judge. It..s Dali meets the Ospreys when three hopeless entrepreneurs try to sell Art and Wine as a replacement for Rugby and Beer to the unsuspecting folk of Swansea.

CROSSING THE LINE - Janet M Bligh

White Room
The title expresses the need of the artist to continually 'Cross The Line', to move forward, to be creative. Sometimes ideas work, sometimes they don't. It is always interesting to see what happens. Janet is all abou the act of painting and expressing herself. There are no limits and there are more changes to come.

CONTEXT ART 2000 - Changing Swansea

Level 1 &2
A group of contemporary textile artists based in South Wales. Whether they are working to a theme or developing individually, the members aim to present work reflecting their own particular style. Textiles predominate, but glass, wire, paper and other media may be incorporated in the exhibits for an eclectic display.

THE SWANSEA PRINT WORKSHOP ANNUAL EXHIBITION

Tues 3rd - Sat 28th November
Levels 1 & 2
New work produced by members of the workshop during 2008/9. This is a collection of original prints which demonstrates the variety and creative possibilities of printmaking in contemporary fine art practice. It also showcases work created by those new to printmaking and from others who have participated in community projects run by the workshop throughout the period.
