For both Hugo and I, making this album has been a labour of love. From its conception in the form of a conversation a couple of years ago, the album has been drawn to fruition by the belief and support of the musicians and manufacturers of instruments who appear on this album; without whom the recording would have not been possible. For this we would like to thank all of the musicians and manufactures for their contribution and support in allowing the recording to become a reality.

Swans In flight are currently taking bookings across th UK & Europe having already performed at such prestigious gigs as Birmingham’s NEC Music Live 2008, London Internation Music Show 2009 with special guest appearances from Marco Mendoza and TM Stevens, Earls Court International Boat Show, Beautiful Days festival. Furthermore, a stunning set was performed with TM Stevens was made at Manchester’s RNCM Bass Day on November 9th 2009
Swans In Flight are will repeat this experience by with a run of seven shows in Sept 09 including guest appearences from Marco and TM.

Swans In Flight have been chosen to play the ‘prime time’ afternoon slot at Birmingham NEC ‘Music Live’ on Saturday the 7th Nov. The ‘Music Live’ concert hall is set to feature a host of superb UK and international artists that will be performing to the 10,000 or more music lovers streaming from all over the UK to the show between the dates of the 6th to the 8th of Nov. NEC ‘Music Live’ is the leading show dedicated to the furtherance of live music here in the UK and is supported by a large number of the MI industry’s leading companies. Swans In Flight have enjoyed another successful year performing to theatre audiences and festival goers around the UK and are currently working on a download single due for release early spring 2010. Its been a while and we thought it was about time we updated you on what we've been up to. Our debut EP Little World is now available at our gigs and will soon be available from our myspace and facebook pages, you will also be able to download it from itunes, but we don't have a release date for this as yet.

We have spent the last year rehearsing with a full band and are now ready to bring it on the road. You can get a look at us when we appear on Balcony TV this week with the full line up.
