The band love playing songs by the 'Jam' and particularly songs like like Under Pressure by Queen, and In A Big Country by Big Country as these suit the style of the band so well.

Old favourites like Mustang Sally, and Burning Love, played in our style, similar to the that of the Commitments for this range of songs in our set, and always go down well every night.

   About Sway
Sway are a four piece band and have been performing covers together since 1997. Still in their thirties they still love working together even after allt hese years.

Sway perform well known songs covering the past four decades from The Beatles to Elivis, right up to Kaiser Chiefs and Snow Patrol. They have a Rock and Pop guitar based sound, from four very competent musicians, which really comes across live.

Based in Cheshire, they've played prestigious venues all over the UK. Appealing to all age groups, Sway always make it a night to remember - just read the reviews that organisers have put in their feedback on our agents website viewed using this link. A couple of snippits are also available for you to hear.

Prior to Sway, the members performed as an original material band called "The Listening Room". Formed in 1988, original songs were written, performed, and recorded. One of many achievements was playing at an open air festival with an audience of 10,000 people! Some of these songs are still played by the band today as they love the songs so much. Since forming the cover band "Sway" gigs went from strength to strength and large amounts of them, leaving little time for The Listening Room. The original material certainly is not dead, and you never know, you could hear them soundchecking these songs before a Sway Gig!!!

The songs on this Myspace our songs recorded as a demo back in 1996. We cannot put Sway songs on here because of copyright.
