About me:
Hello and Welcome to the official myspace page for the Sweat B 4 U Sweat the pre Caribana Jump up Dance Workshop.
This workshop is back by popular demand and is promised to deliver. In it's second year I plan on making this event not only better but a yearly dance workshop leading up to one of the biggest carnival, parade and street party in the world. This year there will be prizes, gift bags and a performance to gear you up. Even if you do not plan on attending the Parade this workshop is perfect for you because not only do you leave feeling good you leave ready to take on the long weekend with energy. Get your ticket today. Spots are limited and the workshop will sell out.

What is the Sweat B4 U Sweat/ Pre Jump Up?
Sweat B4 U Sweat the Pre Jump up to the Caribana weekend is a dance workshop that focuses on Reggae and Calpyso.
The workshop teaches a high cardio routine, getting you energized and feeling good before the parade.
Certain moves are broken down so that you learn them and are able to do them. You will leave feeling like your waistline is an elastic band.
This workshop gets you geared up for all the excitement and festivities that the Caribana weekend has in store in a high energy and comfortable environment, and may I add this is a great workout class. With prizes, gift bags and a performance plus a high enery routine this workshop is promise to deliver.
Who can take the workshop?
This workshop is recommended for everybody.
Because the moves are not technical and the focus of the workshop is to get you pumped up this makes it a perfect class for a girls gathering, a gift, or just a great workout. Guys are welcome too, matter of fact I encourage you to come.
Young and old can enjoy this workshop.
No you don't need to be a dancer, and yes if you are a dancer this workshop is worth your time because of the cardio aspect and the unique dance moves, comming to this workshop is a must.
How much is it?
The workshop cost $20 at the door.
Save 25% today by purchasing your ticket in adavnce at Street Dance Academy before July 20th, 2008. Tickets are available between the hours of 4pm-8pm Monday- Thursday and 12pm-3pm on Saturdays.

What should I wear and bring?
This workshop is not only high energy it is fun.
Bring comfortable shoes, running shoes is always the best option, and if your feeling extra nice go barefoot.
Wear comfortable fitting shorts, tights.
Ladies make sure you support yourself with a sports bra, if not then dubble up.
Tank top, or t-shirts is the best option in terms of upper clothing.
Bring two towels, one to wave, one to wipe the sweat, if you have a flag bring it.
Bring water.
Bring your camera, take pictures at the end of the workhop, there will be giveaways and if your a winner you want to make sure you get that moment to remember forever.

Policy on refunds.
Sorry there are no refunds.
After you purchase the ticket the ticket belongs to you.
If by any reason after you purchase the ticket you are not able to make it you can give the ticket to a friend.
But there will be no refunds.
The 25% percent discount only applies up until July 20th 2008. And can only be purchased at Street Dance Academy or directly with Kay-Ann.
The cost of tickets will be regular price which is $20 after July 2oth, 2008.
Due to the nature of the workshop, you need to sign a waiver before attending the workshop.
This could be signed when you purchase your ticket.
There will be a waiver form on the day of the workshop to sign if you have not already signed one.
