About me: The legendary Texas Sweatbox Studio is consistently ranked in the top six of over 200 studios in Austin Texas. Sweatbox has over fifteen years experience making bands very happy. After burning down (twice!) in 2006 Sweatbox is open again in a much better space. Our eastside location has 16' ceilings, a huge control room, and the same atmosphere that made the original Sweatbox location such a cool place to record.
Our house producers/engineers include Mike Vasquez, Bryan Nelson and Tim Kerr. We've recorded your favorite bands from all over the world including seventeen Japanese releases and three Australian releases. Lots of bands record as they pass through on tour. We now have a 2" 24 track analog tape machine as well as a 1" sixteen track.*******
