About me: Sweat Records is an indie record shop, organic coffee house, and event space. We opened in 2005 and have survived a hurricane, a burglary, and being a music store in the digital age to become a South Florida cultural institution. We are constantly throwing shows, in-store events and club nights and did over 100 events last year!
Join the renowned Sweat Records mailing list and stay in-the-know about upcoming local events, concerts, new releases + more. The list is also posted on our awesome blog and as bulletins here on myspace. Thousands of South Floridians swear by it:

Get down to the sounds of New Orleans Bounce with a live performance by one of the first to do it, BIG FREEDIA (http://www.myspace.com/bigfreedia) and her DJ RUSTY LAZER! If you don't know, here's Wikipedia help...
"Bounce music is an energetic style of New Orleans hip hop music characterized by call and response style party and Mardi Gras Indian chants and dance call-outs that are frequently hypersexual."
We've also brought back DIRTY FINGER (Dance!! Attack!! - Brooklyn) who had every ass shaking last Basel (it will also be DIRTY FINGER's BIRTHDAY this night, so bring him gifts and cake). Our boy DS joins the out-of-towners in the big room for the bass insanity.

With the silky smooth angelic vocals of Tiff Lacey any songs feels like a mystical experience and intimacy is not going to be any different; Tiff Lacey sounds like an Angel. Produced by Russia's Ex-plosion and Killing Remix by Uruguay's Gabriel Robella It's on TOP for TIFF LACEY and this track is very supported for big names worldwide. This remix have a cool melody keyboards created by Gabriel with a creative European drums & big groove lines on it. So, make a test for yourself and destroy the dancefloor.

"DJ Monkey …soul-stirring, excitingly edgy music…just disturbing (read ‘mind-f**king’) enough to demand attention. There is a whole spice rack of auditory flavors here, served up like fractured poetry on a collection of intensely listenable Hallmark cards from Hell." Bill Margold, Cinema Seen, L.A. X..Press
