* I enjoy being active in politics, and issues involving our country. I am a natural skeptic of our government and I support Ron Paul.
Music
* My taste in music is eccentric. Music ties closely with my emotional standings. Country when I am Nostalgic, Rock when I am amped, Hip-Hop when I need to shake the stress away, or strangely alternative is for feeling somber. (ex: A Perfect circle, Tool, Radiohead)
Movies
* When it comes to movies you figure it out:
- "Like I'd marry you, you'd be the meanest wife ever ok? And I know that you weren't bored that day. Because there was a lot of stuff on tv and The Blair Witch Project was coming on Stars and you were like, "I haven't seen this since it came out and so we should watch it," but oh no we should just make out instead la la la...
-"Even though you're the father of lies"
-I'm a woman, I like men. If that means I'm not "lady-like", then I guess I'm just not a lady! At least I'm honest.
You're different. No arguin' that. But you're a lady alright. I'd take my oath on it.
-I see all this potential, and I see squandering. God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off.
Television
* TV: Live more, watch less.
Books
* I'm a bit of a reader. I am a huge Chuck Palahniuk fan. (Invisible Monsters, Choke, Haunter, and fight club are my tops) But I will read anything from "Clan of the Cave Bear" (Jean M. Auel) to "Manufacturing Consent: The Political Economy of the Mass Media" (Noam Chomsky)
Heroes
* My heroes are those that can put themselves in others shoes. See things from the other side. And do things that are right by everyone.
If you're not a big fan of sarcasm, complaining, cynical realistic thought, hyperbole, liberal sociopolitical ranting, flip-flopping, blasphemy, never ending negativity, alliterative assholes, broad generalization for comedic effect, generalization about race, Carlin references, worthless shock shit, jokes you won't get because you're not ETP, sex offender jokes, filtered liberal media CNN coverage, making fun of others to boost your low self-esteem, spoiled little shits, geek subjects, jokes about lolita complexes, Jim Fucking Rome, pseudo-intellectual commentary, self-deprecation, BMWs, knowing that BMW cars should be called "Bimmers" not "Beemers", Pinky:st., the word "douche" spelled d-o-o-s-h-e, free (as in beer) speech, bleeding ass liberals, rationalization, pathetic losers, Tokidoki, pornography, pointless pontification, or bullshit elitist posturing... You might want to sit this one out.
Alssooo.....
I think it would be cool if you were writing a ransom note on your computer, if the paper clip popped up and said, "Looks like you're writing a ransom note. Need help? You should use more forceful language, you'll get more money."
*Your handwriting. The way you walk. Which china pattern you choose. It's all giving you away. Everything you do shows your hand. Everything is a self-portrait. Everything is a diary
*It's so hard to forget pain, but it's even harder to remember sweetness. We have no scar to show for happiness. We learn so little from peace.
*All the effort in the world won't matter if you're not inspired.
*You have endless ways you can commit suicide without 'dying' dying.
*You can't unfuck a kid. Once you fuck a kid, you can't get that genie out of the bottle.
*Shotgunning anybody in this room would be the moral equivalent of killing a car, a vacuum cleaner, a Barbie doll. Erasing a computer disk. Burning a book. Probably that goes for killing anyone in the world. We're all such products.
*The one you love and the one who loves you are never, ever the same person.
*Nothing of me is original. I am the combined effort of everybody I've ever known.
