About me: In the blink of an eye, Sweet Charlotte Designs by Stephanie Thomas has infiltrated the Arkansas fashion scene as the favorite choice of the fashion forward. This stylish, sexy brand electrified the runway at the Designers Choice Fashion Show on March 29th, 2008, and has continued to create a buzz!Sweet Charlotte is the natural choice for clients looking for a new, creative look. From early on, the Little Rock, Arkansas native has had a fondness for fashion. The seed was planted when she began watching her mother sew. Fascinated by the way yards of fabric became an outfit or a comforter, she decided to grab a needle and thread and dive in! Throughout her school-age years, she created her own look by mixing and matching the colorful 80s looks until they became a unique work of art. After graduating high school, Stephanie left the comforts of home to pursue a college career, but the dream still lingered. Several years later, after raising a beautiful family, she decided to water the seed and began to sew again.Sewing for others was a good experience, but it was not giving her the WOW she was looking for. She knew that the pictures in her mind could only come to life if she created her own fashion niche. The style was birthed through a process of finding a look that would supersede the face of fashion; however, the name was right in front of her face.
