About me:
Sweet Creek is a recording studio that's been operating in Philadelphia and Bucks County for more than a decade. Created by musicians for musicians to further their own creative efforts, Sweet Creek quickly came to be known as the place where you could go to enhance your musical recordings and get connected to the industry in the region. Sweet Creek is endowed with that rare balance of craftmanship and value. We have excellent digital and analog equipment, an incredible studio design - a BIG performance room with 20 foot ceilings and stone walls, you won't find a better place to cut drum tracks anywhere - and most importantly, a creative, supportive atmosphere. Our staff are all musicians who are connected in the region. We are/have been panelists at The Philadelphia Music Conference, The Dewey Beach Music Festival, The Independent Music Conference and have participated in the South by Southwest Music Conference.
Sweet Creek books shows in Philadelphia at Club 218 above Malokais and booked Doc Watsons (in Philly) for more than two years. We have also been the showcase coordinators for the IMC and have done freelance bookings with The Khyber, The Fire, The Pontiac, Abilene and Tritone.
We book shows in Bucks County at The Moose in Doylestown and have booked shows at The Tohickon Tavern, Kelly's in Doylestown and The Hideaway. Our studio is spacious and beautiful. Blues Traveler and Ween have used Sweet Creek to prepare for extended world tours. Countless regional artists use Sweet Creek to record and rehearse.
