Great fun at Oktoberfest party in Durham yesterday and 50th anniversary party for Boots and Clara on Saturday. Fine weather and good crowds. Mixing our CD this week and getting ready for a gig at the Flipside later this month.

We've spent some time at Vista Point Studio in Pittsboro recording a six-song CD, which should be ready soon. Sounds awesome!! Looking forward to a private Oktoberfest Party in Durham next week, and a gig at the Flipside in Clayton on October 29. Also, we're playing for the annual Haunted Mordecai event at Mordecai Historic Park in Raleigh on October 30. The Flipside is a great dinner and music place for adults, and the Mordecai event is perfect for all ages (costume contest and haunted trolley!)

Come on out to the Midtown Farmer's Market in North Hills this Saturday, September 11 to shop, listen to SCR's music and enjoy the great Fall weather. Market opens at 8AM. We play from 10AM until Noon.
