Formed in 1994 out of Columbia, SC. They wrote some songs, played some shows, recorded an EP, appeared on some compilations, recorded a CD and at the peak of it all, the band dissolved. Move ahead ten years. Josh was living in Charleston enjoying a very mundane life. Cole needed a change of scenery. After a severe mindfuck courtesy of syd mute, the two jackals deceided to have a lovefest at Cole's pad on Folly Beach; playing guitars, mending wounds, polishing turds, and finding new ways to be a fag... With the realization that well-maniqured turds could be exposed to the public in a mannerly fashion, the saintly duo headed forth... With the addition of ex-hippy (metronome..what's that?) Syd punk-ass motherfuckin' Mutant, and Dave (Fire It UP Bitch-Ass) Da Wave bringing the rumble on bass, things began to solidify into a looser, faster incarnation of Swig. Suddenly, all was well with the world. Or so we thought...
