Guitarists/musicians that have influenced me in one way or another: Randy Rhoads, Joe Satriani, George Lynch, Steve Morse, Jake E Lee, David Gilmore, John Sykes, Bob Daisley and the immortal Jimi Hendrix.
I am largely self taught and these are just some of the people who over the course of time ..... have had a profound impact on my playing and playing style. These are the people as a young man I emulated and inspired to be. The style is not really as important to me as the delivery and feeling...with the players ability to invoke emotion in others rather than blow them away from a technical standpoint. The ability to have great technique comes with lots of practice....the ability to inspire somebody and motivate them to create emotion invoking feelings is a God given art. Music should make you feel something deep inside and these gentlemen have certainly been able to do that for me.
I realize I may not be in same caliber as these musicians (reality can be harsh), but I owe all of them a great deal for inspiring me to play at the level I know I can. Thanks guys......

My project is teaching me alot. I found the general sound I want and the basic riff, but am stuck somewhat with the lyrics. I will find them .... I just hope they are not the product of Exlax. lmao (Ooops LOL) ... I have always pretty much left the lyrics to someone else, or written instrumental type stuff. Now I'm doin' the full meal deal. Good thing I don't have to play drums ..... really lmao! Oh that would sound sweet lol.
Well, the weekend is almost upon us ..... not a day too soon for me! I do the I.T. thing, so Windows 7 is screwing with my head and my time. Oh well, gotta keep on keepin' on!

£leTriKa sounds completely different from any Metal band you have ever heard. The Brazilian rhythms and the Portuguese language added to the songs makes its style unique, giving birth to a new kind of Metal. If you are really looking for something new about Metal, you should check £leTriKa out!
