Does anyone else actually put other bands here, or this reserved purely for statements like "A 6,000,000 TON JET-BLACK DEATHHAMMER MADE OF DEAD PUPPIES AND GALVANIZED STEEL" and "MY MOM THINKS WE ARE PRETTY HEAVY"...? That said, my mom totally thinks we sound like a 6,000,000 ton jet-black deathhammer. Puppies and steel. Etcetera.
My name is Josiah Tobin. These are my sounds. I like pretentiously concise sentences.
I play drums for the Nanaimo-based indie rock band Perfect Sound For Now, as well as providing the role of studio backing band and live guitarist for Phoenix Voice. I also do recording/mixing work for independent artists, in addition to composing soundtracks for the occasional independent PC game.
Swimfail is my 'solo' musical project; I am the only member and it conforms to whatever style of music I feel like making at the time.
Pretty good. Quit the last band, getting a heavy metal band together, probably playing lead for a screamo band my girlfriend started xD There are some shows at my school coming up that I'll probably be playing at. Should be fun :P

well, that sounds nice. actually, things look really good in happy pineapple land: we're having a kind of restart, with a new singer (who doesn't live 400 miles away), a new rehearsal room and loads of motivation. we've even started pre-production for the next record.
things in evil machine country look great as well: the first parity boot album is about to be finished, and we're playing quite a lot of shows. it's good to see things grow and develop :)
