to many to mention,but anyone who has the balls to play live do it just once then you wont be able to stop,you will not believe the rush, do it, all live music influences someone somewhere.
Hi thanks for checking out our page. We are located in and around Sudbury, Suffolk we are a covers band mainly but we do have 3 of our our own,which have been going down well at gigs. We have been together about 2 years now, it all started through a drunken night out, two weeks later we were rehearsing in a garage as a 3 piece , Ed [Odders) Odwell on drums, Pete [Mr Rhythm] wells on Guitar and Andy( Dorsall Finn] Garvin Singer, came up with the name Mid Life Crisis. In Jan 2008 we decided to change our name to Swimming With Sharks, Mr Rhythm had played when he was 16 in a folk band, wait for it called Oasis . 3 weeks later our fourth member joined Euan (Binzy) Bingham on lead guitar, In Aug 2009 Binzy decided to leave the band to pursue other interests, We are pleased to announce Pete (Fradders) Fradley has now joined us on lead Guitar. Welcome to the sharks Fradders . Mike [quiet man]Byers then joined us in sept 07. In Feb 09 we are sad to say Mike has now left us to pursue his career in another land ( Gloucestershire) we all hope he finds another band in this new land and that he will continue to use his incredible talent. We now have a new Bassist who goes by the name of Tim Ranson, he used to play in a band called Fat Lardy Bloke back in the early 90s. We are pleased to welcome Tim to the sharks.
We are a band who likes to have fun,we have been gigging around Sudbury, done charity events in Ilford and Yoxford and played at the infamous Eddyfest . Thanks for checking out our site.
