SWING HOUSE ACQUIRES VINTAGE API CONSOLE!!!
There have been some new additions to Swing House recently, and we want to extend an invitation to all of our engineering friends. A Vintage API 1604 20 Channel Console has been added to the collection of already impressive equipment in our recording studio. Available in the room are 23 API pre-amps, 8 buses, plus several API EQs: six 560Bs, eight 550Bs, four 550As and two 553s. In addition, there is an arsenal of outboard gear, including vintage amps such as two Vox Beatle amps and cabs, a Matchless head and 2x12 cab, a Bogner Ecstasy head, a Marshall Plexi head and Fender Vibrolux to name a few. Class A equipment includes: Neve, Telefunken, DBX and Focusrite compressors, Eventide, Yamaha Roland and Lexicon effects processors, Urei and Lucas EQs, plus a great selection of microphones.
Located in the heart of Hollywood, Swing House boasts a 1000ft tracking room, great for monster drum tones. Its tie lined to our API and Pro Tools HD3 Accel equipped room.
