It all started in 2008 when Brahim Ben Abdallah met Med Ali Skander (drums) and Hichem Gumir (keyboard) and they became partners in the adventure called: “SWITCH OFF”..... After the leaving of Haytem (bass), Ahmed Hosni was rejoining the band. Some months later Med ali Guébléwi (aerophones) was recruited for “Switch off” after choosing Reem Manaai (vocals), and the experienced drummer Tarak Hattab took over the command over the battery… the experiment “band” began to take forms. Joined together at a time when the progressive metal is coming up, the five boys, preceded by Reem are fans of several musical styles and the compositions are a pure blend of many influences: Classic Rock, Blues, Jazz, metal and funk. .. After 2 years, a few concerts and a lot of research, separation and reunion, they decided to record two demo songs with essentially a melodic tone and lyrical engaged..... During the recordings for the first EP "Tomorrow be better" SWITCH OFF parted ways with their drummer Tarak... Since June 2010 is B-Lel Mansour the new man behind the drums in the band. ....
