The Hartford Partnership Program for Aging Education (HPPAE) is a national initiative, funded by the John A. Hartford Foundation and managed by the New York Academy of Medicine's Social Work Leadership Institute, that seeks to develop leaders in the field of Aging and Social Work.
The uniqueness of having a social work degree and being trained through the Hartford Partnership Program for Aging Education is not only about being committed to improving the lives of older adults, but to strengthen our nationwide professional network by collaborating, sharing, and advocating for each other as well as our clients.
